When looking to take care of your own lawn with a hands on approach, The City Farmer offers products that make at-home lawn care easy. Choose from a variety of lawn fertilizers (including organic), specific types of bulk grass seed including two specially blends for local soil types, straw and mulch for grass seeding and a wide range of high quality weed, insect, disease and grub control products. In addition, we offer both bagged mulch, compost, and topsoil, as well as bulk that we can deliver to your project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a certified dealer for ECHO, we can also help you find the right outdoor power equipment to suit your needs. From battery operated to gas, we a have wide selection that also includes attachments and common parts. If we don\u2019t have what you need in stock, we can order it! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Gardening can be a fun and rewarding experience. With the right tools and products sold at The City Farmer, gardening can also be made easier! We have a large variety of fertilizers for both edible and non edible garden plants. We have pesticides, insecticides, fungicides and mitecides, including a large selection that are organic. The City Farmer is unique in offering non-GMO bulk seed, seed potatoes, onion sets and asparagus roots. We offer prepackaged seeds as well. In addition, we carry products to start your seeds such as peat pots, flats and soils. We stock pH testing kits as well as offer FREE in-store soil pH testing. We also offer a large selection of gardening tools, pots and accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking for garden decor? We have both indoor and outdoor decor such as spinners, fountains, lawn ornaments, wind chimes and glass and clay bird baths. We also carry outdoor furnishings like fire pits, raised garden beds and patio sets. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Later in the season at The City Farmer, we begin to introduce our fall, winter, and holiday products. Early fall is when we bring in spring blooming bulbs as well as gift giving bulbs, like amaryllis, hyacinth vases and bulk & potted paperwhites. Whether you want brightly colored tulips, extra large alliums, deer resistant bulbs, tools for planting or fertilizers we have them all. This is also the time you will find decorative straw bales, real straw bales, pumpkins, gourds and corn stalks. Additionally, we have lawn care items such as fall fertilizers, rakes and leaf bags. As winter approaches we, have snow shovels, roof salt pucks and salt\/ice melt that include pet safe varieties. For the Holidays we have fresh Christmas trees, artificial Christmas trees as well as potted trees, fresh evergreen garland (roping) and wreaths, lights and ornaments. We also have large battery controlled outdoor ornaments, decorative branches, pine cones and handmade bows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
